OK, there is a life game changer going on now. No point in complaining about it – you may as well be doing something useful. If you notice Asian food is mostly vegetable based and not a lot of meat. Factually they have it correct. The western diet is way too high in meat content anyway. Yes we all love our steak – I know. We all know how good Granny’s chicken soup is and what a magic bit of medicine it really is – well what is here is along much the same lines. Don’t kid yourselves, these Europeans after 100’s of years have it all worked out.
This webmaster is a type 2 diabetic. A few years ago I went on a cruise on an MSC ship, the MSC Fantasia. The cruise was for 12 days and the line is Italian owned. I ate a lot of Mediterranean food and my blood glucose levels dropped right down. I learnt a lot from that, basically our western diet is killing us.
